Yeah they definitely said somewhere, maybe WotW, that we would get a warning about when the new color wheel is going to go live so that we will have time to "complete our breeding projects". I assume that would mean at least a month between that announcement and implementation of the new color wheel based on the coatls/wildclaws' cooldown times.

I just really hope the announcement is like "We're nearing the end of redoing all the colors and we're planning to implement the new color wheel in two months" rather than "we just finished all the new colors...now you have to wait two months for them to be implemented" because the second would be so annoying.
