As much as I wish it were true, non above is right. Achievemnts have been only maginally functional for the nearly 4 years I've been around. Most of the misc achievements only register sometimes and the fairgrounds one not at all. If newer ones are also broken it's definitely due to site updates elsewhere. Which definitely sucks for newer members hoping to get their achievements. I hope they fall in retroactively whenever the new system is completed if that's the case but I also kind of doubt it.
