Seriously. I've got 250+ Berserkers I give them out for gift bombs and stuff but I have gotten 3 eliminates in all my time in the coliseum. I've played for over 6 months.

No, I got something like 80 of those! I definitely got a huge stack of eliminates, too. I still have 25 of them, in fact.

How? I have leveled many teams to 25, going through the levels that drop eliminate. I grind for festival currency. And I level dragons to exalt. And I've gotten two eliminates. Maybe three? Mind sharing the luck?

I spent a lot of time in there during that NotN. A LOT of time. I guess it just comes down to "spend hours in a certain venue and hope RNGesus smiles upon you."
