Skins and accents always use green goo, ooze, and sludge, plus an item that is found from digging in the festival element. Usually it will be 4 or 5 each of goo and ooze, goo and sludge, or ooze and sludge, plus 10 of the item. Stock up on Shadow gathering items now, because whichever items they are will skyrocket in price on Sinday.
Also, you can brew 20 festival currency for a grey slime and a copper muck. There are recipes for smaller amounts, which I think also stay the same, but I only ever do 20 at a time, it's the most efficient recipe.
