the samples don't look consistent, but, not really unconsistent enough to look stolen to me? they're probably just taking money and not doing them, which is awful on its own right.
my own art style isn't always the same either, having a ton of range is good and not a red flag in itself at all! but there's a pretty wide skill gap happening here, sometimes in the same image.... which doesn't make sense at all. why would someone with enough skill to draw those dogs straight up trace a ridgeback head? why would someone draw great corgi lineart and then slap dot eyes over the eyes they drew and sketch out stitches in the lineart rather than the sketch layer? why is the collar/tag drawn so poorly?
It's mainly the sketch eyes that's getting me; I can't think of any reason why you would sketch out eyes on a character without eyes. If that was an adoptable base then I can kinda get it, but it's not so...they wasted time sketching out eyes, only to then slap on a circle over their carefully drawn eyes??
