1. sniping bots aren't advertised/mentioned at all on cheaty sites right now, in fact, bots are pretty much never advertised for anything anymore. there used to be fairgrounds/coli bot stuff floating around, but it's pretty much gone now. 2. fr is pretty proactive in banning bots. the coli bot used to be considered pretty sophisticated in that it simulated "human" behaviours like staggering times between clicks slightly etc - pretty much everyone who used it even once got banned in a large sweep like a year ago. people were also banned for using benign programs like the one that gave coli keyboard controls. 3. there isn't a ton of reward in sniping like there is on neopets. there is no profit margin near as insane as sniping a draik egg. to make a profit on MP sniping, you have to do it frequently. the more frequently you bot, the more likely it is you'll get caught. the risk probably isn't worth the reward to most established players. 4. it's not difficult for a lot of people to snipe stuff on the MP. it is very much doable with fast reflexes and decent internet.
it's certainly possible people bot, but i kinda doubt it. if it is happening it's probably no more than a few people. op needs to simmer down.
