Post it on Ao3! It's not adultfanfiction.net. You can post whatever there and some of the most popular stories are in fact not rated M or E!
If you post on tumblr in the flightrising tag you'll probably get some response there too! Depends on how long it is, longer fic is a bit harder on tumblr.
I've read lots of great pg-13 fic on AO3, it won't be out of place!
Looks like there's already some flight rising fic on the site, and some of it rated G/T.
You may want to post about it somewhere off AO3 though, if you'd like an audience. There's a lot of work on that site to poke through, and personally I wouldn't have thought to look for FR fic there if you hadn't mentioned it.
