Sa but it also just opens up a Pandora's box of shit. What if someone was wrongly locked and by the time they were allowed access (perhaps months later) all their stuff was gone? don't you think that'd be pretty shitty? What if locked person made a fresh account the next reg and decided to hunt down people who got their stuff? It wouldn't be hard if we're including valuable dragons with the wealth redistribution since they have IDs, etc.
