Espoir has bought dozens of accents in the past couple weeks and always buys two copies at a time.... Though I just noticed they preordered *5* copies of one of physics' new accents. They've been all over every preorder I get pinged for.
But I went to look at their lair, and *none* of their dragons are wearing any of those accents they buy - not a single dragon in their lair is wearing a non-festival accent. It seems like they pay up, but they've spent (or plan to spend) tens of thousands on gems for accents they aren't using? What?

I normally keep to myself, but something seems really strange here. Has anyone dealt with them? Are they a reseller, or a sock, or something? I'm releasing some new accents soon and I wonder if I should avoid doing business with them.
Just a guess but they're probably a reseller. They buy festival items for a low ratio during festival weeks. Probably to sell. Just speculation but hey, maybe they're using money from art they never did. -shrug-

Would it be possible to get espoir banned for scamming for art? There would have to be proof from those scammed though, probably, and I'm not sure if it falls under "unsupported transaction" (but if they scammed RLC) that's definitely grounds for a ban imo
Item trades are unsupported transactions, and while I don't think items get returned, item scammers have been banned before, I believe. It's worth it to try reporting them.
As much as I would love to get espoir banned out of petty spite I think the admins wouldn't take action unless it was from one of the scammed parties, so. Time to go find one?
Shouldn't be hard if they're all over Espoir's profile comments. Contact some of them, mention that you think Espoir's a scammer, and suggest that they contact staff if they haven't received their art yet.
