...I do that because usually I worry people can't tell I'm happy or being friendly. I hate the thought of coming across as bland, uncaring, or something when it comes to things like that. Like... I want to make sure they know I'm grateful for people buying/trading/selling with me.
same here nonny, that's exactly why i do it! i usually try to limit myself to one exclamation mark at the most every two sentences but sometimes i just get a lil too enthusiastic...
Even on FR people enjoy good customer service. Being friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous does wonders and people really do notice the difference when interacting with you.
