the best thing to do is just. stop thinking about them. easier said than done, i know, but i remember for most of those 3 years i let myself linger on any thoughts i had on them. if they start creeping into your mind, do something to distract yourself. if they haven't been as lovely to you as you deserve, bitch about them to your bestie! if you're like me and you love people, (thinking about people, talking to people, just being around people) go out with friends, maybe try to meet someone new! :D
