Personally I would practice what you would say to standard interview questions- there's plenty of resources on the web that list general questions you might expect to see.
Find a list that matches up with your experiences, maybe even add questions from past interviews that you feel you did poorly on. Write out your answers. Sit down with someone else and have them ask you questions off the list.
You still shouldn't expect the questions to be predictable, but going in knowing the basics will help you figure out answers to other questions they might ask you.
I feel you on being terribad at interviews though nonny. :\ I was so nervous at one of mine that I explained how to properly prepare raw chicken instead of giving the yes or no answer the interviewer wanted.
