Not any more Water has one price on the forum and a much lower price on the spreadsheet. They dropped their prices a major way. I think they have no idea what they are doing.....it's a shame Plague is honestly the most fun flight to battle. They are super funny and nice, Water should just enjoy the battle.

maybe their money is draining way too fast... honestly, plague can be fun to battle, but fighting a losing battle is never fun. by losing battle i mean, one that you never flip and don't see any chance of winning. there's no amount of fun bantering and dom watching that can cover for low morale when efforts don't seem to show

i think they might not have realized the kind of preparation any flight needs to face plague, or thought it would be interesting to have a try. can't blame them too much, but i'm expecting fvw to be a lot more fun than this week

Personally i don't know what Plague is thinking, bringing out the big guns for a fight like this, especially since they supposedly went to water in the first place. If they wanted a fair fight that'd be one thing, but this clearly isn't it and imo it isn't very Sportsmanlike but i mean, nobody seems to curr bc lol light sprite so.

I feel for water, they literally never stood a chance, but if Plague had decided to fight fair it might not have felt like such a route.

How are they not fighting fair? As far as I can tell Plague is just using the resources they raised to fund their battle, just like Water.

Its a Conquest Push give it your all if you think they should have geared down for Water that's insulting to Water. Both Raffles are great and personally its fun to have conquest battles again!

Please explain to me how a plague sprite, water sprite (x2), lightning sprite, ice sprite, earth sprite, shadow sprite, wind sprite , fire sprite and nature sprite (x2), Wild Claw Scroll, Companion Comet, and the Metallurgist Forgetools are an "empty water pistol"

That shit is no light sprite, but it's really fucking good raffle and better than most raffles that don't involve a flight that is as rich as Light/Plague.

Seriously, who could have predicted that Plague would even use a Light Sprite against Water? (who is pretty shit at dominance, let's be honest) It seems like a waste of assets.

Totally different anon, but I can't stop laughing at this. Like, really anon, what is your beef with Water? Water's raffle is perfectly respectable, especially for a flight that isn't powerhouse to begin with. If you want to talk about empty water pistols, look back at the conquest battles without raffles or with no-merc agreements. I'm making a killing off Water buyers going through our Merc thread & cleaning us out. I admire the hell out of that flight for keeping going against so many obstacles (especially since they are singlehandedly making me rich ;)).

idk. i mean, i didnt expect plague to bring a light sprite and ks stuff, but i also didnt expect them to go slow to make it somehow more fair to water!

i did hope water to put up more of a fight i guess, but i can see they did not anticipate this. all in all, it is a known fact that it's hard to battle plague's wallet, and it's probably gonna be a lot harder for them to get another contested conquest from now on. they're gonna be seen as the flight who approaches others to stomp them

Wallets don't win teamwork does everyone loves to say Light & Plague win with $$$ but its not true they are both not afraid to empty everything and all work together.
I hate when people say its the Bank its not, Ice has the biggest Bank of all they just don't open it to win anymore.

Do you have any idea what Light and PLague both spent when they faced off? Wallets absolutely win dom battles. Ice is just a shitty example of that because their dom team lacks transparency and expect the flight to fund dom while they do who-the-fuck-knows with the "dom bank"

I also think Ice just doesn't have that high an amount of active exalters compared to their flight population, and their flagging Dom rep is just making it even worse for them.

Both Plague and Light easily spent over 150 mil on the conquest, each. Light had 100 mil in the bank I think and had to take out two Light Sprites worth of money as loans from their members while Sylvandyr allegedly took out 50+ mil in personal loans to keep funding the Plague conquest effort.

we're considering plague already has the teamwork bit organized and flowing, so it's all about funding that machine
