I've regretted exalting my lady progen for a long, lonnnng time now because she was lovely and had so much potential that I just THREW AWAY (my dude was hideous but I have regrets for him too).
Thank god I had a small art of her someone made me when I first started that I saved with her name. I would never have found her ID otherwise.
I just wanna say... The update thread is now full of people helping each other find those long lost and forgotten progens and I love it so much. This community has its bad moments, yeah, but it can also be really awesome.
I gotta say I was expecting people to start bitching immediately over not remembering their progens enough to submit a request but this level of community helpfulness just warms my cold dead heart
SA back to say the ice is returning, looks like the thread has had some post cleaning several times due to rude comments. Also I've seen at least 1 person complain because they exalted theirs while drunk and don't know what they looked like. whose fault is that?? lmao
I'm so glad I can get my progens back! They're ugly, but I really did regret exalting them once I realized I could make them into a fun, if not slightly painful, scatter project.
I tracked mine down and they're low 5-digit dragons with only a few offspring, all named :')
kinda want to keep them for gene projects though. I thought my boy's colors would be hard to work with, but skink saved him. think I found something workable for my girl too
now if only I had the gems to switch back to my starting flight... plus I'll need gem genes for both of them. weeps softly.
+1, they're your progens so what does it matter with low ID and few named offspring? Yeah I guess you can try to play status card with them but in the end you're still stuck with them sooo
op here - I had no idea honestly. the older dragons I had before are long gone, and I don't buy them myself, so I only had the hearsay that old dragons go for nice dragonbux to go off. keep it is, then.

Though now you've got me curious, I wonder how many other players are having their older progens restored because they want to sell, but didn't know about them being account bound...
Your progens can't be sold, but also, nobody can tell they're progens but you. So if you want you could put a big ole "NOT FOR SALE" in their bios and pretend they are valuable status symbols and feel rich.
