how was that "wrong"? the op wanted the auction to be transparent and that's just what they did.

I'm sure Mutt wouldn't have the time to liquidate in 2 weeks, but at the same time Lyra changed the rules to 1 week mid-auction. How is that transparent?

Afaik, Lyra said 1-2 weeks. To me that means the deadline can be set anytime within that time period at her discretion.

Weeeelll and then you have where Mutt stated that they tried (multiple times) to contact Lyra and they never answered them, so i can see where people might think it's rude af for her to call them out publicly like that.
