I don't know about that. I have bought four coatl scrolls and two WC scrolls. And spent $200 on the site for gems, some of which was for that. And I'd be ecstatic if they dropped the prices on the scrolls, as that would mean I could buy more. (As after that initial rush for my progens and their kids, I figured it wasn't worth it anymore.) I would figure it was like how things work at stores. I can buy early for full price, or I can wait for things to be out of season or not as new and get them at a discount later. I wanted the things when I did and paid full price, but I'd be happy to not have to pay that price for future ones.
And I agree about stained. I appreciate that they wanted another gene at the same rarity as circuit/glimmer. And that they wanted a gem gene so people might spend money. Stained should not have been that gene. At all. I'd prefer it at gembond rarity.
i didn't think of that, you make a fair point! i've bought two wc scrolls and i'd be delighted to not have to pay 2kg (or more if bought from the ah) again.
