Naaahhhhh, I mean, I am a little miffed that we didn't do anything like that, because it's a great idea. But I don't see it as being underhanded in any way. It doesn't break the agreement. There's nothing wrong with it.
Also, this isn't dramarising, you can say Snaptrap's name if you want to.
