Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

-Things that are dark, like diddly dark (XXX obsidian and abyss)
-Something that I like to call '80s neon' (usually dark background + neon/bright accents)

I picked up a dragon today who's obsidian skink/obsidian spinner/abyss glimmer, and I think it might be one of my favorite combos so far. He's currently a noc but I might change him to a guardian or maybe a wc?

really goddamn love dark colours, i will sell my soul for abyss/phthalo/obs/eldritch dragons

abyss/abyss/splash(cyan, cerulean) crackle w/ lightning eyes (shhhh)

obs/obs/cobalt stained ANYTHING with water eyes

dark greens + browns with lighter terts

anything from spruce to swamp

any fuckin combo of copper+metals (xyy, xyx, xxy, whatever)

most recent shame secret: abyss/shadow/algae jup/tox/under or glim

Sunshine, spring and banana combine really nicely no matter which way you slice it imo.

Pink and greens. Such a sweet colour combination; it makes dragons look like flowers.

I like my cool colors usually, but I dunno why Purple/Tangerine/Gold is absolutely gorgeous to me when used correctly. (Try it with Iri/Shim/Smoke on a non-tundra or WC!)

greys with pink (try thistle/coral/rose + iri/shim/circ on a female coatl, just trust me on this one)

browns and reds with a light (maize or cream or white) underbelly is sweet, as well.

i absolutely love the tan/driftwood/driftwood combo ;o; it's like sand/slate/slate 2.0 - no ugly pink highlights!
