Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

I remember being like 11 on the Neopets forums (I lied about my birthday ofc) and hanging out with people in the Avatars forum and thinking we were so much cooler than everyone else (we had a rivalry with...the battles/quests forum, I think? there was much shit-talking about each other involved).

Just looking back now, I gotta say that I have very rarely seen any kids out there now that are more cringe than I was back then. I see them say something or do something obnoxious and I can't judge because at least they're not going into the Newb forum and trying to convince people that someone was breaking into their house while they're home all alone and, somehow, live-posting about it from the locked bathroom...a thing that 11 year old me actually did quite regularly. *shudders*
