#47 - And now for something completely different (Part 2: Electric Boogaloo)

This is a Star Trek anon comm now. Make it so, nonnies.

Just kidding!
Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

Oh, and welcome to
The 47 Society, AnonRising!
*tosses confetti*

looks like what sunk fr's rating was the fact they did not care to reply to a couple customer complaints, which claim they were wrongly frozen. this is not the kind of stuff fr ever addresses (either via their own tickets or different websites), but it's also pretty much established they dont freeze people without a good reason... imo, not returning someone's account isn't bad customer service (even if i admit fr's customer service IS poor. it is all a matter of them hiring more people to talk to the users and do shit in the back end.)

however, i dont personally believe any pet site is in much better situation. in fact, i just went look subeta (agoge inc) out of curiosity, and apparently they're only an a+ because the bbb site could not find them to deliver the complaint they got? LMAO.

i've never heard of this site, i'm sure it has credibility but i'm sideeyeing them right now. how is a site whose management can't even be found rated (a LOT) better than one who can?

ikr?! fr might not have stellar customer support, but when it comes to company credit and reliability you cant really compare undel, akiri and co. with keith kurson

reading what the other anons said, it all makes sense, but it's still hilarious that bbb gave keith an a+ because they could not deliver the complaint

nayrt

Unsurprisingly the company that owns Neopets (Knowledge Adventure, Inc) has an F rating.

That's hilarious about subeta, they are so badly run! BBB is definitely legit, but it's really meant more as a consumer resource to protect against brick and mortar businesses that blatantly rip people off. It was yelp before yelp was yelp. I didn't even realize they would consider pet sites as businesses, though technically they are so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It's still funny though.
