Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

Stormlight has an F rating because they didn't log into the BBB website and respond to the 3 complaints they received in 3 years.

If you actually log in and respond to them, you'll keep your A.

If you don't use BBB, people can just trash your brand. It doesn't mean anything. If you saw 200 complaints that were all responded to, it would be more concerning, even if the businesses ranking was A-
