Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

Yep, I can definitely see how it would be annoying.

BUT the post above said they were going to explain the issue before someone said they're just playing how they want to. I am saying that their explanation of the issue does not mean that it's not just a matter of them playing how they want (regardless of annoyance factor).

OP here, and I said that because the objections the last time were "They're just playing how they want to" as if that counters "it's obnoxious as fuck." So I laid out how and why it's obnoxious. No great mystery.

Not necessarily in this case, but even when the way a player plays is detrimental to the way many others play and makes the game much less enjoyable for them? The needs of the one always outweigh the needs of the many for you?
