Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

you can do it by hand, you know. it often takes less than a minute to add up a few numbers on paper.

unless you have a learning disability that translates to difficulty with arithmetic, then i apologize for being an arse.

but if it takes less than a minute to add then it's really not at all that inconvenient for them? on the scale of one to inconvenient, taking a minute to add still falls at around... 2.

I don't get the problem here, i was under the impression that as a sender, you'd, you know, want that extra bonus if they have one for math. If you don't want that that's fine but, it's pretty dickish to act like asking for math is somehow ridiculous.

dude, i was just pointing out that op's complaint about having to spend one more minute doing math on mobile is kind of ridiculous because op can also just add everything by hand in under a minute, hence making the time complaint kind of immaterial, and if "a minute" is not meant literally and op really means they spend less than a minute doing math on mobile, then it's so little time wasted it's sort of a petty complaint.
