Just kidding! Since the attitude in the comm has chilled out a little, I'd like to try another post without a Wanker Thread to see how it goes. The Wanker Thread is still present on the comm, but hidden to you (for now) and will be brought back if any big drama occurs that people feel should be contained. You can still make complaints about things that annoy you on Flight Rising, but let's try and keep the vitriol at a minimum.

Battles with really limited terms feel to me less like a fight and more like a winky-winky conspiracy to shut everybody else out for the week at minimal cost.

And, you know, there's no rule against that either! There's nothing to stop a third flight from deciding to go hard and crash the conquest. And if my flight isn't up for that, and if fodder prices go through the roof and nobody's buying leveled dragons, I could just grind for loot. I'm not saying anybody owes me a living.

Battles with terms just honestly create bad feelings and drama, in my opinion. Because at the end of the day, it's going to be, "oh, well, X only win because we couldn't have raffles."
