I personally train them all to 10 as if they were fodder, then put them together, give them an elim, the might fragments and the first ambush, then go on from the Delta.
I find it takes way too long to level them individually after 10, but then again I can accept doing levels 10-15 the regular way if they have their stones. The ones I really can't do are those before they get elim, that's way too slow and frustrating. If it's for the drops, I'd rather spend half an hour with 25s in the woodland path than have to grind it with baby pets.
No problem! I know it's a fairly expensive method because of the stones (elim and ambushes) but it works well for me since I use them all for farming so my eyes get a bit of a rest during festivals, heh.
I do use the might fragments because most of the time they drop for me in the coli while I trainexalt, but you could do without them! Whenever I can't get them to drop for me (Arcane fragments hate me) I either use the non-elemental ones that are much cheaper, or make do without any. Also, if you train each dragon to level 10 individually, you can use obsidian hybrid fragments for earth/plague/shadow/fire dragons! That has been very helpful for me.
All in all, elim and the first ambush will make a lot more difference than those, especially if you're following Culex, so don't worry too much c:
