New post, it's late, I'm lazy. Trimmed out some of the irrelevant/outdated source materials. Have another gif for next post, but if you guys have doofy images relating to Flight Rising I may use them.
sometimes in gifting threads i'll get something from someone along with the comment "sorry i couldn't afford anything on your wish list". would it be super patronizing to give them something back that's worth more than what they gave to me* so they can continue gifting? i don't actually expect to get anything on my wish list but i'd hate to think that someone's trying to break their bank to achieve some gifting standard they think i have.
*as a response to the message with their gift, not as a separate gift like if i posted under them
Maybe I'm just cranky, but I'd be a little suspicious of anyone who's even participating in giving threads if they can't afford to participate, and who then makes sure to tell the person they're giving things how poor they are. Giving threads are full of...you know, giving people, who enjoy being generous, which is prime hunting grounds for manipulative little weasels. You sound like a nice and generous person, anon; if I were out to manipulate a nice gift out of someone, someone like you would be who I'd pick.
personally I'd stay on the safe side and just continue playing the giving game as usual. if they want to take part in a giving thread that's outside their budget, that's their business.
I have a new goal of training a whole lot of permanent dragons to 25. Now I like using the coli and read Culex guide but I dislike the earlier levels 1-15 before they get their stones. Any coli experts here who know which is faster? Training dragons individually in Kelp Beds or Mire until 15 or training all 3 together starting in training fields?
I find it easier to raise them each to 15 in the Kelp Beds, and then letting them loose in the Bamboo Falls/Waterway once I have three dragons at lvl 15. Once they reach lvl 17 and get their berserker stones, it will go so much faster.
Or you could always train two dragons to lvl 15 and train exalt fodder alongside them so you're also getting some treasure while you train your permanent dragons. :D
If there have already been enough dropped that multiple people could "ruin" the price, they're probably more common than you expected and won't be worth as much as you'd hoped.
Or maybe these will get bought up and the price will rise again once hype about the new venue dies down and fewer people are earning them. I could see this happening.
