ThroatSpiders made a really great comprehensive guide of the drops in all the different venues. It hasn't been updated for the two newest, but the basic gist is that overall, you'll make the most from the Roost.

I second this, I mostly only grind on Harpys Roost, even when I have fodder, haha. No stress, one-shot everything (at 129 str), plenty of food and the treasure bags are a sweet drop.
