Oh yeah not subtle at all - but a lot of mods I know will only scan the title and the first post or two if they're busy. A lot of moderation really does rely on user reports so if it also hasn't been reported...

I can see how it happened.

Which still doesn't make it still being up any less stupid, but there you go.
