It shouldn't be displayed on a site with younger players. It doesn't matter how hard you try to rationalize it, I don't want my 14yr old niece stumbling upon your lair and finding rape/abuse porn.
If FR required an ID to join and was rated 18+, then by all means go for it. But it's not and that shit needs to be kept to yourself.
since we all know who this is about, they probably don't belong on a pixel dragon game that can be frequented by young teenagers. there are websites and groups where you can safely explore your kinks in an accepting space and that's where you should be. if people track you down to there, that's on them. you stick in your dragon bios/fandom blog, that's on you and you don't get you squall like a child/act like a nonchalant edgelord about it.
So long as they're in an appropriate venue (i.e. not FR) and are properly warned for if they're somewhere relatively public (such as a non-specific content tumblr) they're fine with me.

Something that is interesting to me is that people seem to only associate kink with rape and porn. There are various types of kinks and fetishes. From adult babies to biting, to hell even enjoying getting off to a person dressed as your favorite character. Not everything is about being a Dominatrix.
Anyhow, with that said, I have probably an unpopular opinion: As long as you aren't shoving it down people's throats and are putting it into a place that can be difficult to get to without prior knowledge it should be fine. Tag it or give a warning if you like, but honestly, if it is your space and it is for yourself only, I don't see anything worth flipping over.
