huh, frigid fugitive shackles are equal to/even more expensive than boneyard tatters right now. that's random. they've been worth much less for awhile

From what I've heard someone bought most of the fridgid shackles and boneyard tatters in one go to artificially inflate the price.

That would make a lot of sense - I managed to buy the tatters a week or two ago at 3-4K gems and now they're ~10k...
