huh, your experience gives weight to my suspicions that lairs that only seem to exist to be laser-focused on a specific theme (like the rickroll lair) might be secret alts of users that play the game more normally on a different account
Maybe! I feel like I ought to add a disclaimer, tho: It's possible someone could've just redone their main lair into a theme one.
Personally I found it easier to get a second account to make a theme lair with because I was secure with my main one. It was kinda liberating, too; with the theme lair, I sold everything and anything to make enough money to buy dragons for my theme. It was pretty neat seeing how quickly I could gene up my progens if I didn't give a damn about hoarding things like I usually did.
Managing the theme lair for a bit got me more interested in doing projects for my main one, so I enjoyed messing around with it at the risk of getting caught. I also learned a little more about how to make some money, ha.
