In general, she's disliked because she shit-stirs like a pro, has been so amazingly antagonistic to the admin of FR on-site that it's frankly astonishing she wasn't banned two years ago, finds a way to stick her head into every drama ever, has a clique that has the awful habit of defending her by harassing people that question her, and really doesn't know when to just let shit go.
She's also one of those "speak of the devil" types. I asked this question back when I was new about 2 years ago and she showed up in thread to defend herself, leading to the whole thing devolving the way those things always do.
I wouldn't have known any of this without AR, because part of my welcome committee into Nature *gushed* about her and she practically seems to run the place, so I had no reason to think she was anything other than nice.
The people who like her cultivate her image to try to add to their group that will berate anyone who dislikes her and try to make the community against them.
she really likes running things and is pretty good at it, so a lot of people know her mainly through all the material help and services she provides on fr, which naturally gives them a positive image of her because her activities affect their site experience for the better.
unfortunately being good at running events and services on a petsite doesn't necessarily make someone a nice person.
I don't really know what to think about this tbh, since a lot of my Dom people are.....vehemently AGAINST Rhea (but then, they're also vehemently against DR and AR and are like, "DON'T YOU EVEN SPEAK OF THESE THINGS!!!!1111" in our slack and i'm just like "bruh, reading ain't never hurt nobody, chill" so....*shrug*) but all of the interactions i've ever had with her have been pretty damn good. She's been extraordinarily nice to me every time i've talked to her, so it's hard for me to see that she's this horrific person that everyone keeps painting her as. Also, i've encountered a helluva a lot more people on other petsites that are way, way worse than her, so it could just be that my "this person is shitty and you should never interact with them" bar has been set too high.
Most of what was linked was either hearsay --nons saying she did things with no link to evidence-- or just childishness on her part, not enough to be wary of just enough to ignore her, until the abuse dragons. *That* makes me want to stay the hell away from her regardless of whether she did any of the other things.
She projects a certain image on FR that doesn't really hold with what you see of her offsite, I feel. I remember the first time I found her Tumblr, I was shocked by the difference in demeanor.

People forget that this is how abusers can get away with things for so long, not putting her on that level but it is the same thing I see when actual proof an receipts do surface and people still want to defend with "they were never like that to me".

I was like this too when I only saw her on FR. I only knew her through things like the Swipp Pinglist. But then I saw her tumblr, which made me wary, but I still was okay. It was the Dom Watch incident that soured me on her. The fact that she used her influence to send tons of people to harass someone, especially over something so trivial, was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. That is not okay from anyone.

many, if not most of the people who go here like to stay anon and not get involved in the shit, y'know. in fact, when the attack poodle meme came up, there were about a million threads popping up about how deanoning too often for drama was "cringey".
