Thank you too! It's great you answered as well. Reading all kinds of different answers definitely helps me removing some of the wrong conceptions I obtained by watching to much TV. :P

That's sounds really awesome, that you haven't witnessed any bullying!

With changing classrooms, do you also mean the group of students changes? Here it's more common that a group of students stays together for most classes.

The group of students change too yea. In high school especially, the classes you take from year to year can differ between people depending on which options they want to take to fill the graduation requirements, or if they want to take honors/AP/IB classes. There are some things like english or math that a lot of students need to take, but there were usually multiple teachers/periods for those classes. So two people could be taking the exact same classes but only share one class.

IB students tended to stay together, since the list of classes they needed to take for the special diploma was smaller, but even then it wasn't uncommon to only get half of your classes with the same people.
