We get more genes with another artist, some will like them, some won't. But we get more. I like all of those, except smirch.

I don't think this is actually true. They're really only going to release so many genes at a time.

Also, unlike with cakes, they're going to try and make sure genes don't seem a lot like previous genes. Obviously there are exceptions (Glim and Underbelly), but it seems like it's at least going to be a good long while before we get a decorative filigree-like tert, which makes me more vexed because if you'd outlined this tert in words beforehand I would have been so stoked. It's just the execution I disliked.
