(Anonymous) 2018-04-10 01:21 pm (UTC)(link)Because surely it would end up being an organized effort in-flight to have as few 'exalters' as possible, sending all their dragons to that singular(or few) person to exalt. Still a size issue(who can get most dragons to x person to exalt) but now also an organizational issue(system favours the least people possible exalting, an exalter needs to be appointed), plus, and I don't know about you, but part of the fun in a battle is doing the exalting myself which would be discouraged by this system.

(Anonymous) 2018-04-11 11:49 am (UTC)(link)If a flight is willing to go through that much trouble and it works for them, I'd say let them - personally, I would find it too much of a hassle for our heads to coordinate. Furthermore: since it would suck the fun out of dom for a lot of people, and since you can't REALLY control every single person in a flight (all it takes is one non-dom focused, non-forum-goer account exalting on their own, unrecorded, to topple the whole thing), and since queuing up dragons into a single/few exalters' lairs would clog up exalting, in the end it's not really all that worth the effort.
Really, though, just imagine appointing a single person (or even a few!) to do in-flight attending for an ENTIRE flight. Not hundreds, but THOUSANDS of PAs, around the clock for the whole week, that would ALSO not be available for OOF attending or training of their own. And then that person (or those persons) taking the blame for not finishing up in time at the end. *Shudder.*
