question about reselling user-made accents

i have a user-made accent i'd like to sell because i'm saving up for a big purchase, but the problem is that on the artist's accent thread it clearly says they don't want people to resell accents for higher than it was bought it for because their accents will never retire. but the artist is also no longer on the site, so no more of the accents are being made.

what do i do?

omfg is 1:500 just a completely impossible rate to get these days? I've seen a few other people with buying threads at that rate recently and none of us are getting any bites. How high do you think prices are going to get with glimmer?

Cheapest rate I've seen to day is 1:560 so you're probably a little low for most sellers. Especially when there's a lot of buyers around offering anything from 1:535 to 1:550

Now I'm thinking it would be a good idea to have whatever they did (a script maybe?) so I can keep up with all this.

No. I don't want people to feel even more self-important over how rich they are.

Some achievements I WOULD like include:

- fairgrounds
- stupid bad luck (three 1-egg nests in a row, for example)
- hatching an egg
- using a gene scroll
- using a breed scroll
- exalting 500, 1000, 5000 etc dragons from your lair
- achievements for the new genes (we already have tiger etc)
- answering 100 Tomo Trivia questions correctly (or some other number)
- having a full set of eggs in your hoard at the same time (should be called 'self-control' tbh)
- having x dragons with at least x pieces of clothing (can't wait to see those abominations)

Looking at the dragon profile, are the green numbers the final number after applying all the relevant battle stones? I'm confused because I have three berserkers but when I hover over my dragon's strength on the profile page it says (+5 battle items) which I would have expected from only one berserker.
